Baby's First Ornament

1. Cut 11" diameter fabric circle; sew a running stitch 1" from edge of circle. Place foam ball in center of fabric circle and pull thread, gathering fabric around ball. Wrap thread around gathered fabric to secure, leaving a 3/4" circle of foam exposed; knot threads.

Baby's Little Lamb

1. BODY: Pin one end of a 2 yd. length of white jumbo loopy chenille to the narrow end of 5" egg; coil it around egg, covering completely, and pinning again at wide end. The narrow end of the egg is the chest; the wide end is the tail end.

1. Cut foam board so it measures 2" x 12" x 30". Use serrated knife to cut (HINT: For smoother cuts, wax the knife blade with an old candle).

Little Miss Bowkeeper

1. If using a 12" x 12" foam sheet, draw heart pattern onto foam. (Hint: To make a complete heart, trace first half, flip tracing over carefully aligning it with center line, and trace second half.) Wax serrated knife with candle stub or paraffin and cut out shape.
