Wedding Bell Centerpiece

1. Trace disc twice on wrong side of satin fabric; cut out, adding a 1/2" seam allowance all around. Place fabric circle, right side up, on disc; clip edges at 1/2" intervals. Spread thick white glue on tabs using toothpick; glue tabs to disc. (Hint: using toothpicks to spread glue will keep fingers and the fabric, cleaner.) Repeat with other fabric circle, covering bottom of disc. Glue 7/8" satin ribbon around edge of disc; glue 7/8" lace trim over ribbon. Spray top and sides with glitter.
