Heat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour one 1 quart ovenproof bowl and one 8 inch round cake pan. In large bowl, combine all cake ingredients; beat at low speed until moistened. Beat 2 minutes at high speed. Pour 2 1/2 cups batter into greased and floured bowl to within 1 inch of top; pour remaining batter into round cake
